Is the price really one-time?
Yes for couples. You pay once, the wedding website stays live forever, your data is yours. Planners pay per-event or per-season — that's the cost of supporting a business that runs many weddings.
Can I upgrade later from Starter to Owambe?
Yes — anytime. Your guests, plan and Aso Ebi roll up the moment you upgrade.
What's included for diaspora couples?
Multi-currency Aso Ebi checkout (USD, GBP, CAD → Naira to your account), diaspora shipping flow, time-zone aware reminders, and the wedding website serves correctly to family abroad.
Do you do refunds?
Yes — full refund within 14 days of purchase if your wedding hasn't happened yet and you haven't collected payments through the platform.
Will Owa take a cut of my Aso Ebi sales?
No. Payments land in your bank account directly. We charge the one-time platform fee — never a per-transaction cut.
I'm a planner — can I move existing weddings in?
Yes. CSV import for guests + vendors, manual setup for budget. We'll do migration support for Season-tier customers on a call.
